Zusammenfassung
19 Patienten mit atopischem Ekzem wurden nach einer standardisierten Methode mit einer
individuell gewählten Q-Potenz homöopathisch behandelt. Der jeweilige klinische Schweregrad
wurde mit dem Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) eingeschätzt. Beispielhaft wird
über einen Patienten detaillierter berichtet. Der Prä-post-Unterschied während einer
durchschnittlichen Behandlungsdauer von 8,8 Monaten war signifikant (p = 0,015). Ein
klinisches Ansprechen (mehr als 50 % Abnahme des EASI-Scores) wurde bei 17 Patienten
erreicht (89,4 %). Die mittlere Responsezeit betrug 3,7 Monate.
Summary
19 patients with atopic dermatitis were treated homeopathically with individualized
Q-potencies using a standardized method. As an example, more detailed information
is given about one patient. The response was measured by the Eczema Area and Severity
Index (EASI) scores. There was a significant Pre-Post difference between EASI scores
(p = 0.015) during a mean treatment period of 8.8 months. Response (more than 50 %
decrease of EASI scores) was achieved in 17 patients (89.4 %). The mean time to response
was 3.7 months.
